The property is a true slice of Texas heaven, with open pastures that roll into thick brushlands full of mesquite and majestic live oaks. The centerpiece is a charming 5-bedroom, 5-bath lodge, perfect for hosting family and friends. Three sparkling lakes are the stars of the show: Quarry Lake spans 26 acres with a 35-foot average depth, Hanson Lake stretches over 60 acres with an 18-foot average depth, and the third lake covers 14 acres with a depth of 12.5 feet. But that’s not all—there are three additional stocked fishing ponds totaling 2.5 acres, giving you over 100 acres of prime fishable waters. Add in the wide-open spaces for exploring, and Lonesome Quail Ranch is the perfect spot to kick back, wet a line, and soak in the natural beauty of the Lone Star State.

With over 100 surface acres of fishable water, the angling opportunities abound. The current record for large mouth bass is a healthy 13 lbs. The lakes have large mouth bass, hybrid stripped bass, crappie, blue catfish, channel catfish, blue gill and red ear perch.
